浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司以硅胶管采集空气中甲醇的热解吸气相色谱测定法。甲醇浓度为25mg/m^3(相对湿度>90％)时穿透量0.03mg/100mg硅胶;解吸效率100％。含20μg甲醇的硅胶管,室温放置实验第15日的平均回收率85.4％。采气体积0.5L,热解成100ML,进样量1.0ML条件下,*低检出尝试3.0mg/m^3。本法与大注射器采样法的测得结果无显著性差异。现场测定峰型与标准峰型一致。方法具有穿透量适宜,解吸效率高,采样后硅胶管稳定时间长,精密度,灵敏度高等特点。

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Applied Technology Development Co., Ltd. uses a silica gel tube to collect methanol in the air by thermal desorption gas chromatography. When the methanol concentration is 25mg/m^3 (relative humidity>90%), the penetration amount is 0.03mg/100mg silica gel; the desorption efficiency is 100%. The average recovery rate of the silica gel tube containing 20μg methanol at room temperature was 85.4% on the 15th day of the experiment. The gas volume was 0.5L, the pyrolysis was 100ML, and the sample volume was 1.0ML, the lowest detection attempt was 3.0mg/m^3. There is no significant difference between the measurement results of this method and the large syringe sampling method. The on-site measured peak shape is consistent with the standard peak shape. The method has the characteristics of suitable penetration, high desorption efficiency, long stabilization time of the silicone tube after sampling, high precision and high sensitivity.
