浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司建立顶空-气相色谱法测定yi用口罩和防护服中环氧乙烷残留量的分析方法。通过实验优化了测定方法和条件,确定了色谱柱类型、顶空平衡时间和平衡温度,并进行了加标回收实验。在相应的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996,环氧乙烷*低检出限为0.02μg/mL,当称样量为1.0g,定容体积为5mL时,检出限为0.1μg/g。方法可以满足标准要求,对口罩和防护服中环氧乙烷残留量检测具有重要意义。

Results Conclusion By increasing the circulation speed of the ambient air, the ethylene oxide contained in the mask can be quickly resolved to meet the standard requirements, so as to reasonably avoid the analysis time before the sterility test, shorten the factory inspection period, and speed up the listing of the mask.
Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. has established an analytical method for the determination of ethylene oxide residues in masks and protective clothing by headspace-gas chromatography. The determination method and conditions were optimized through experiments, the column type, headspace equilibrium time and equilibrium temperature were determined, and standard addition and recovery experiments were carried out. The linear relationship is good in the corresponding concentration range, r=0.9996, the minimum detection limit of ethylene oxide is 0.02μg/mL, when the weighing sample is 1.0g and the constant volume is 5mL, the detection limit is 0.1μg /g. The method can meet the standard requirements and is of great significance for the detection of ethylene oxide residues in masks and protective clothing.
