浩瀚海水中溶解氧化亚氮的测定填充柱PQ

本标准规定了顶空平衡-气相色谱法测定海水中溶解氧化亚氮（N2O）的方法原理、分析步骤和结果计算。
本标准适用于近海、大洋和极地海水中溶解N2O浓度的测定，测定范围为5 nmol·L-1 ~ 300 nmol·L-1。

浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立了海水中氧化亚氮的常温吹扫捕集-气相色谱检测方法.对吹扫捕集系统的条件进行了考察,优化结果如下:捕集温度30℃,脱附温度250℃,吹扫时间10 min, 吹扫气流速20 mL/min.等实验条件进行了优化.本方法操作简单、灵敏、重现;检出限达2.8×10 -10 mol/L,标准工作曲线的线性相关系数大于0.9995(n=5);曲线斜率的相对标准偏差为2.8% (n=5);回收率为93.93%±3.1% (n=5).用此方法测定了厦门近海表层海水样品中氧化亚氮的浓度.

This standard specifies the principle, analysis procedure and result calculation of the headspace equilibrium-gas chromatography method for the determination of dissolved nitrous oxide (N2O) in seawater.
This standard is applicable to the determination of the concentration of dissolved N2O in offshore, ocean and polar seawater, and the measurement range is 5 nmol·L-1 ~ 300 nmol·L-1.

Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. established a room temperature purge and trap-gas chromatography detection method for nitrous oxide in seawater. The conditions of the purge and trap system were investigated, and the optimization results are as follows: trap temperature 30℃ , Desorption temperature 250℃, purge time 10 min, purge gas flow rate 20 mL/min. The experimental conditions were optimized. This method is simple, sensitive and reproducible; the detection limit is 2.8×10 -10 mol/ L, the linear correlation coefficient of the standard working curve is greater than 0.9995 (n=5); the relative standard deviation of the slope of the curve is 2.8% (n=5); the recovery rate is 93.93%±3.1% (n=5). Determined by this method The concentration of nitrous oxide in the surface seawater samples of Xiamen offshore.
