六六六(HCHs)和滴滴涕(DDTs)毒性大,其性质稳定,在残留物中半衰期可达几十年,通常称为持久性有毒有害物质。这两种物质由于在环境中的持久性和较强的脂溶性,能广域扩散迁移,在水体、土壤及生物体内残存蓄积,已造成全球性的污染。摄入人畜体内,以蓄积在肝脏、脂肪等组织中,有致突、致奇、致癌作用。
2006年和2007年6月在国家社会公益性研究专项支持下我们开展了黄渤海区"海洋贻贝观察",浩瀚色谱(山东)应用技术开发有限公司将对20个采样区域,8个品种贝类体内上述两种持久性有毒有害物质残留水平进行检测与评价,并进行了不同贝类、不同区域、年间变化以及安全性风险分析。结果表明:(1)六六六(HCHs)和滴滴涕(DDTs)在20个区域的所有检测贝类体内残留量均十分低,均未超过评价标准,说明这两种物质在黄渤海区本底值非常低。贝类的安全性没有受到影响,在食物传递过程中不会对人体产生威胁;(2)8种贝类比较可看出,贻贝体内滴滴涕(DDTs)的残留量相对较高,说明贻贝对滴滴涕(DDTs)的富集相对较强;(3)2006年6月在20个区域中,有9个区域的样品是杂色蛤,比较显示,桑沟湾杂色蛤体内滴滴涕(DDTs)的残留量相对较高。

Hexahexahexanes (HCHs) and DDTs (DDTs) are highly toxic, stable in nature, and have a half-life of several decades in residues, which are commonly referred to as persistent toxic and hazardous substances. Due to their persistence in the environment and strong lipid solubility, these two substances can diffuse and migrate in a wide area, and remain and accumulate in water, soil and organisms, causing global pollution. Ingested in humans and animals, it accumulates in the liver, fat and other tissues, and has the effects of mutagenic, strange and carcinogenic.
In 2006 and June 2007, with the support of the national social welfare research project, we carried out "Ocean Mussel Observation" in the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea. Haohan Chromatography (Shandong) Application Technology Development Co., Ltd. The residual levels of the above two persistent toxic and harmful substances in the shellfish were detected and evaluated, and different shellfish, different regions, annual changes and safety risk analysis were carried out. The results showed that: (1) The residues of hexahexahexanone (HCHs) and DDTs in all the tested shellfish in 20 regions were very low and did not exceed the evaluation standard, indicating that these two substances were in the background of the Yellow Sea and Bohai Sea. value is very low. The safety of shellfish is not affected, and it will not pose a threat to the human body during the food delivery process; (2) The comparison of the eight kinds of shellfish shows that the residues of DDTs in mussels are relatively high, indicating that mussels have relatively high residues of DDTs. The enrichment of DDTs is relatively strong; (3) In June 2006, among the 20 regions, the samples from 9 regions were variegated clams. The comparison showed that the residues of DDTs in Sanggou Bay variegated clams were relatively higher.
