浩瀚Shimadzu 2010岛津玻璃柱2%OV-17/Chromosorb W AW DMCS2M*3MM

浩瀚色谱（山东）应用技术开发有限公司建立简便快速的玻璃填充柱分离、氮磷检测器(NPD)检测血浆中毒鼠强浓度的气相色谱法.方法 采用玻璃填充柱(2.0m×3.2mm ID),填充2%OV-17+10%DC-200(1:1),氮磷检测器,恒温操作,甲基1605为内标,载气为高纯氮,乙酸乙酯做提取剂.结果 毒鼠强线性范围在20～500 μg/L,平均回收率94.0～106.5%;日内日间RSD:5.9%～10.5%(n=5),*低检出浓度:10 μg/L.回归方程:y=5.625x+0.0835,r=0.9996.结论 玻璃填充柱(2.0m×3.2mm ID),填充3%OV-17+10%DC-200(1:1)分离血浆中的毒鼠强,方法简便,;灵敏度高,分离杂峰少且容易判定,可以满足临床急救需要.
