4. 使用注意事项

4. Precautions for use

Activation required: New or unused chromatographic columns must be activated (aged) before use to remove adsorbed moisture and other volatile substances from the column. The activation method usually involves baking with a carrier gas for several hours at a temperature 20-30 ° C above the operating temperature (but not exceeding the maximum operating temperature).
Attention to sample condition: Avoid injecting samples containing high boiling points or non-volatile substances, as these substances may permanently adsorb onto the stationary phase, contaminate the column, and cause performance degradation.
