DPC carbonate (carbonate diphenyl) is a kind of important environmental protection organic carbonate, and it has important application value in the place of the synthesis of polycarbonate with the reaction of light and bisphenol A. At present, the DPC reaction has become a hot spot in the domestic and international research by using non-toxic and non polluting dimethyl (carbonate DMC) and phenol ester exchange reaction.
Tengzhou City Xiangying Analysis Technology Co., Ltd. the gas XiangyingGC7990plus phase chromatography with capillary chromatographic column, using ethyl benzoate as internal standard, the self-made MPC standard trace phenol and DPC of quantitative analysis, the mass concentration of phenol and DPC were 2.04% and 1.59%. The MPC samples with a purity of 96.11% were used as standard, and the accuracy of MPC in the exchange reaction between phenol and methyl carbonate two was achieved.
