Tengzhou Xiangying Analysis Technology Co. Ltd. to establish the analysis method of the determination of methanol in aerosol. Methods the content of methanol in aerosol was determined by XiangyingGC7990plus gas chromatography with headspace external standard method. Results the methanol content was linear in the range of 0~5 000 g/ml, and the linear regression equation was y=1 165.1 x+20 007, and the correlation coefficient was r=0.999 8. At the same time, the recovery rate between 92.92%~93.94% and precision in the 1.49%~1.81% test, and achieved satisfactory results. Conclusion the separation effect is good, the accuracy is high, the reproducibility is good, and the operation is simple and rapid.
随着生活水平的提高,人们对家卫产品的质量要求也越来越高。近些年来,有些气雾剂产品,标明的是酒精型的,实际是用廉价的甲醇配制的;还有些企业的气雾剂产品,标明油基型的,实际都掺了甲醇。甲醇对人体具有强烈的毒性,因为甲醇在人体新陈代谢中会氧化成比它毒性强得多的甲醛和蚁醛。
滕州市翔鹰分析技术有限公司建立测定气雾剂中甲醇含量的分析方法。方法采用XiangyingGC7990plus气相色谱顶空外标法测定了气雾剂中甲醇含量。结果甲醇含量在0~5 000μg/ml范围内呈线性,其线性回归方程y=1 165.1 x+20 007,相关系数r=0.999 8。同时做了回收率在92.92%~93.94%之间和精密度在1.49%~1.81%之间试验,取得了满意的结果。结论分离效果好、准确度高、重现性好且操作简单快速。
